POPSTYLE.AI — Personal Outfit Planner. Du kannst dein Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten jederzeit dauerhaft löschen. Diese Seite erklärt wie.
Option 1 · In der App empfohlen
- Öffne die POPSTYLE.AI App.
- Tippe auf den Profil-Tab (unten rechts).
- Scrolle ans Ende des Profil-Screens und tippe „Konto löschen".
- Bestätige in zwei Schritten – nach der zweiten Bestätigung werden dein Konto und alle Daten sofort und unwiderruflich gelöscht.
Option 2 · Per E-Mail
Schreibe an info@mysymp.ch mit:
- Betreff:
Konto löschen
- Deine registrierte E-Mail-Adresse
Wir bestätigen den Eingang innerhalb von 7 Tagen und führen die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen aus.
Welche Daten werden gelöscht?
- Account-Stammdaten (E-Mail, Name, Passwort-Hash)
- Wardrobe-Einträge inkl. hochgeladener Fotos
- Outfits, Kalender-Einträge, Reisen, Lookbooks
- Wishlist & Style-Quiz-Antworten
- Generierte Outfit-Vorschläge & KI-Analysen
Welche Daten bleiben temporär?
- Anonymisierte Server-Logs (keine personenbezogenen Daten) max. 30 Tage, danach automatische Löschung
- Buchhaltungsrelevante Belege (falls du Pro abgeschlossen hattest) 10 Jahre (gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht CH/DE)
DSGVO / Datenschutz
POPSTYLE.AI ist DSGVO-konform. Du hast jederzeit das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Datenübertragbarkeit und vollständige Löschung. Anfragen an info@mysymp.ch.

Delete your account
POPSTYLE.AI — Personal Outfit Planner. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 · In-app recommended
- Open the POPSTYLE.AI app.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm twice — after the second confirmation your account and all data are deleted immediately and irreversibly.
Option 2 · By e-mail
Write to info@mysymp.ch with:
- Subject:
Delete account
- Your registered e-mail address
We acknowledge receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted?
- Account record (e-mail, name, password hash)
- Wardrobe items including uploaded photos
- Outfits, calendar entries, trips, lookbooks
- Wishlist & style-quiz answers
- Generated outfit suggestions & AI analyses
What we retain temporarily
- Anonymised server logs (no PII) for up to 30 days, auto-purged afterwards
- Billing receipts (only if you held a Pro subscription) for 10 years as required by Swiss/EU tax law
